FastCAD
Point cloud in, reviewed floor plan out.
Upload a registered scan in .e57, .las, .laz or .rcp and our AI vectorisation pipeline detects walls, doors, windows and columns — every one checked by a technician before it ships.
Supported formats
Upload whatever your scanner already produces
.e57
The common export from terrestrial scanners like the FARO Focus Core or S70.
.las / .laz
Standard point cloud interchange, including aerial and mobile LiDAR capture.
.rcp
Autodesk ReCap project files from registered scan assemblies.
Handheld LiDAR
Lixel K2 exports come pre-registered and drop straight into the pipeline.
Review, not a black box
The model proposes. A technician decides.
Every detected element carries a confidence score. Low-confidence elements are flagged for a second look before anything is exported.
Upload & confirm storeys
We detect point count, bounding box and storey count automatically — you confirm or correct it before processing starts.
Registration check & segmentation
The scan is validated and split by floor, each storey processed independently.
Wall & opening detection
Walls, doors, windows and columns are vectorised, each carrying a confidence score.
Technician review
A CAD technician accepts, rejects, reclassifies or manually adds anything the model missed — against the source point cloud, side by side.
